Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of wondernudge.in (the "Site") and the information on it, operated by WonderNudge ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our other sites (tools, learning, ACADVIO) may have additional terms, which apply to them.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, send malicious content, or submit false or someone else's personal information through our forms.
Our services and project work
Information on the Site describes what we offer in general terms and is not a binding quote or offer. Paid project work (software, websites, automation, AI ad creative and similar) is governed by a written proposal, quote or agreement that sets out scope, timelines, fees and ownership. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails for that work.
AI-assisted content
Some of our work, including AI Ads, uses AI tools to help create images, video or copy. We review what we deliver, but you are responsible for checking that the final content is accurate, suitable for your business and complies with advertising rules and platform policies before you publish it.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, code and branding belong to WonderNudge or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we create for you is set out in your project agreement. Names and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners.
Learning platform and purchases
Accounts, course purchases, access rights and refunds on learn.wondernudge.in are subject to the terms and refund details shown on that site and at checkout. Please read them before you buy.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to other websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that information on it is complete or current, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderNudge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the Site. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant project agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
